Presents a Tour of New York City's

MUNICIPAL ARCHIVES

On

Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at 5:30 PM
31 Chambers Street
Lower Manhattan

Hosted by
Commissioner Brian Anderson, NYC Department of Records

Come on a tour of the municipal treasure trove! The archives are the treasure house where all documents relating to the construction of New York are stored. They hold the plans for the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge, the original design drawings of Central Park, the papers of Robert Moses, municipal records from as early as 1683, film and sound recordings from WNYC, and the infamous mayoral papers. In addition the archives hold one of the largest collections dealing with the World Trade Center.  Come join us for an interesting and informative evening.

RSVP to participate in this hour-long tour.  Contact Irene Bodolato at (646) 252-3817 to reserve your space.
